The first thing you can do to improve your skins appearance is eat food that are healthy and give it nutrients. My rule is if I can read and understand all of the ingredients on the box… then I can eat it! Foods you should been eating in your diet should include vitamins A, C, and E.
You are probably wondering, what foods contain those ingredients?
A – Spinach, Carrots, and Broccoli
C – Oranges, Greens (Leafy), and Strawberries.
It is also important to drink water. Your body needs that to flush out all the toxins (causing blemishes). For every 1 drink that contains alcohol or caffeine, you should be drinking 1 glass of water.
Exercise… Exercise… Exercise. That is going to help your body reduce stress, boost immune system, and strengthen bones. Working out just 15-20 minutes each day can improve your over all health!
