Throughout the week, we get so caught up in work, the kids, school, and what’s going on in our friends lives, but we forget to remember ourselves.
Today I want you to take just 10 minutes and do something that makes you happy. Maybe it’s going on a short walk, sitting down with a cup of coffee, or reading a chapter in a book you wanted to start. It’s so important for our mental health to do this once a week!
Today you need to make one goal for yourself. Maybe it’s landing that internship, working out 3 days a week, or getting to the salon to get those roots colored. What ever it is, write it down on a piece of paper and place it somewhere that you will see it everyday.
So lets make this chilly week just a little better!
